At Medarbejderne, we are big enough to have the experience and the right skill-sets. But we have not grown to be so big that your business is not important to us.
How do we work?
As a company
You contact us with a specific temporary employment task and together we review the requirements, preferences and needs. After this, you we send you an offer. After your confirmation, we start searching for appropriate candidates from our candidate database and/or through advertising.
When recruiting, we are responsible for searching for and selecting candidates, conducting interviews and preparing candidate presentations. After this, we review the candidates and select the candidates you want to interview.
Temporary employee
You come in for a personal meeting at one of our offices. Afterwards we obtain references from previous former employers.
Everyone has different goals and desires, and we take that into consideration. That’s why our database has a wide content of skilled and eager employees. Follow us on Facebook, where we are continually posting some of our positions.
Candidate
As a candidate in Medarbejderne’s recruitment database, you can be contacted by us if we have a job opening that matches your skill-sets. This is followed up by a personal interview with one of our consultants and possibly a Master MPA. If you have the right profile for the job, you will be summoned to an interview with the business concerned.
